For Windows users:

1. Right mouse click on the appropriate file link to bring up a pop up menu.
2. Choose "Save This Link As..." or "Save Target As..." from the pop up menu. A dialog box will appear.
3. Choose where you would like the file saved, then click the "Save" button.
