The NSA Foundation honored Randy with its 2011 Nido R. Qubein Philanthropist of the Year award at its annual convention in Anaheim, CA.
The award is given annually to an individual who has demonstrated distinguished service to others both in the National Speakers Association and their respective community. Randy is the tenth recipient of this award which is named in honor of Nido R. Qubein, founder of the NSA Foundation and current President of High Point University.

are pleased to announce that during the recent National
Speakers Association annual convention, Randy was inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame.
The designation, CPAE (Counsel of Peers Award for Excellence), honors individuals who have reached the top echelon of platform performance excellence. To date, less than 200 of the world's greatest presenters have been inducted including Ronald Reagan, Art Linkletter, Colin Powell, Norman Vincent Peale, Earl Nightingale, Brian Tracy, and Zig Ziglar.
